Cancellation policy
Before the Restaurant Accepts: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the restaurant has not yet accepted the order and started preparation.
After the Restaurant Accepts: If the restaurant has accepted the order and food preparation has begun, any cancellation request will incur a fee, which may be up to 100% of the Order Value. This compensates the restaurant and delivery partner for time and ingredients used.
Refund
You may be entitled to a full or partial refund for prepaid orders under the following conditions, provided the issue is reported immediately upon delivery or within a specified, short time window (e.g., 10 minutes) of receiving the order:
Incorrect Order: If you received item(s) you did not order.
Missing Item(s): If item(s) are missing from your paid order.
Poor Quality/Damaged Food: If the food is visibly spoiled, inedible, or the packaging is severely tampered with or damaged upon receipt. Note: Dissatisfaction based purely on personal taste preference generally does not qualify for a refund.
Significant Delivery Delay: If the order is delivered significantly later than the estimated time, and the delay is solely due to the restaurant or delivery partner.
